Because, hey, who doesn’t like free stuff? I’m afraid I don’t have any handy-dandy e-books on How To Make Your Life Amazing or anything, but I do have a heck of a lot of art. And I have it scanned in digital form so it can be easily distributed. So, here, have some. (I’ll be adding to it gradually and then updating it with each new piece as I go.)
Here’s how it works–each of the links below will take you to a .jpg of the scan for each piece. You may download and distribute them freely under a Creative Commons Attribution/Non-Commercial/ShareAlike license. You can read the full details here, but in short it goes like this–you can make copies, but you can’t make money.
Attribution means wherever you reproduce my stuff, you give me proper credit as the original creator, with the understanding that I don’t necessarily endorse what you may be doing with it.
Non-Commercial means you can make copies, print out copies, make a paper hat out of your copies, whatever. Selling those paper hats, however, is not allowed under this license.
ShareAlike means if you want to take my artwork and add it to your own artwork, you are free to do so as long as the resultant artwork is also released under a similar license (including–and especially–the non-commercial part.)
(Every word of this blog that belongs to me is also under this same license, by the way.)
If you are indeed interested in selling paper hats (or T-shirts, or what have you) with my artwork on them, please feel free to contact me at artworks (at) wonderbink (dot) com (if you’re not a bot, you’ll know what to do here) and we can negotiate an appropriate commercial licensing arrangement.
Enough legal babble! Have some art! (Be advised that these are straight scans that range from 300 to 1200 dpi and thus are really, really large files. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.)
